The Saramonic LavMicro+DC is a digital lavalier microphone that lets you record clear speech directly to your iOS/Android mobile device or Mac/Windows computer while monitoring the audio, making it a great pocket-friendly mic for podcasts, livestreams, vlogs, YouTube videos, interviews, and more.
The microphone features an omnidirectional pickup pattern that captures sound from every direction, allowing for freedom of movement—even when the subject turns away from the mic. The onboard level control helps you achieve optimal levels at the turn of a dial while the 3.5mm headphone port offers a simple way to check the signal quality.
The 5.7' cable provides plenty of length for standing at an optimal distance in front of your device's camera, and three output cables—Lightning, USB Type-C, and USB Type-A—are supplied for easy hookup to your iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone/tablet, or Mac/Windows computer. The cables utilize gold-plated connectors to inhibit corrosion and maintain the integrity of the signal transfer.
The LavMicro+DC is powered via your mobile device or computer, so you don't have to remember to change a battery. A foam windscreen is provided to protect against wind noise and the included alligator-style mic clip holds the mic firmly in place on clothing.
